Job Summary

Embed in a “Catalyst Squad” to translate enterprise risk, compliance, and security expectations into practical guardrails that enable secure, low-friction delivery. Build and apply repeatable risk patterns and lightweight assurance methods across deal qualification through execution and scale. Partner with solution, delivery, and central risk/legal/security/privacy/compliance teams to identify risk events, monitor indicators, mitigate issues, and support business continuity and escalation when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage programs and processes to protect people, information, reputation, and property.
•Ensure consistent, compliant implementation of risk and protection policies and provide training and information.
•Define contingency plans and processes to respond to risks and support business continuity.
•Identify and assess potential risk events, determine outcomes and impact, and manage risk drivers to mitigate root causes.
•Analyze and monitor risk indicators, mitigate risk by responding to events, and partner to assess and mitigate shared risk.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of risk management, including program development/management experience designing and implementing technology and process solutions to reduce data-compromise risk.
•Experience using data to make predictions and analyze/monitor risk indicators for predictability into risk trends.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support consistent, compliant risk and protection processes.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and provide professional leadership in a corporate environment.
