Job Summary

Develop and industrialize next-generation aircraft manufacturing technologies as part of the Manufacturing Technologies and Co-design team. Lead R&T projects and trials, maintain Airbus Process Instructions (AIPIs), and oversee Manufacturing Technology Teams (MFTs). Drive industrialization initiatives (including A350 Cargo Door), co-design composite manufacturing processes with engineering teams, and analyze results via destructive and non-destructive inspections using structured project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead R&T projects and trials for next-generation aircraft components and systems.
•Manage and maintain Airbus Process Instructions (AIPIs) for global application.
•Oversee Manufacturing Technology Teams (MFTs) for repairability and materials such as prepreg and auxiliary materials.
•Drive industrialization activities, including A350 Cargo Door.
•Co-design and industrialize composite manufacturing systems aligned with program goals and analyze results via destructive and non-destructive inspections using project management tools.
