Key Responsibilities

  • •Review ISV processes to improve quality and enhance cost effectiveness and operational efficiencies.
  • •Support Corporate Trust & Loan Agency operations across regions/clients and handle customer issues sensitively to retain goodwill.
  • •Coordinate process improvement initiatives, deliver process training, and execute OJT and cross-training plans for new joiners and the team.
  • •Manage team/deliverables effectively, deputize the line manager in their absence, and ensure UAT testing is completed by deadlines.
  • •Ensure escalation effectiveness and adherence to audit standards, internal controls, and Group Compliance Policy, including timely handling of audit points and regulator issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance and accounting and/or relevant work experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and fundamentals of accounting.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, depository, capital markets, and financial instruments.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills plus excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • •Ability to speak and understand English fluently and write business letters and reports.
