Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers across the end-to-end research lifecycle.
  • •Define technical and strategic priorities, roadmap, and research methodologies for the team.
  • •Drive research into measurable experiments and shipped features by partnering with Product and Engineering.
  • •Build and evaluate deep learning and NLP solutions for sensitive data classification.
  • •Design production-grade agentic workflows and maintain rigorous evaluation pipelines for accuracy, latency, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in computer science, math, physics, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience as an AI Researcher/NLP Researcher/Applied Scientist, including experience leading or managing research teams.
  • •Proven track record building and managing high-performing AI research/data science teams.
  • •Strong grounding in machine/deep learning fundamentals, data challenges, and evaluation.
  • •Demonstrated expertise applying LLMs (prompt engineering/prompt tuning, few-shot, chain-of-thought, tool/function calling, routing), plus RAG and production deployment with safety, latency, and cost controls.
