  • •Review, manage, and monitor the Contractor’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and information management procedures.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •8–12 years of BIM experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or airport projects.
  • •Proven experience as a BIM Manager/BIM Lead on major multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, model coordination, clash detection, and information management.
