•Define and implement the SMB sales approach across the retail network in Slovakia.
•Build a sustainable and scalable SMB segment through stores, with clear ownership, sales standards and business routines.
•Drive growth of SMB revenue and SMB customer base through active development of new and existing business opportunities.
•Cooperate closely with Store Managers and retail teams to identify SMB potential and increase lead generation in stores.
•Ensure all SMB opportunities generated in stores are properly captured, qualified, followed up and converted.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.

•Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
