Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project software engineering design, configuration, and testing for metering skid software packages aligned to customer specifications and internal standards.
  • •Coordinate with E&I functional teams to synchronize equalization of interrelated work and support delivery within deadlines and schedule.
  • •Configure HMI/SCADA systems, including periodic/trigger-based historical reports and trends using SQL and VB scripting.
  • •Test serial and Ethernet communication protocols such as Modbus and OPC, and perform fault finding with suggested remedies.
  • •Develop PLC logic (FBD, Structured Logic, Ladder Logic) and produce documentation (FDS, control logic, I/O list, reports).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
  • •Engineering preferably with Scada, PLC, HMI and metering flow computer background.
  • •Experience in configuring HMI/SCADA based on Movicon, CIMPLICITY, and iFIX.
  • •Experience in configuring periodic and trigger-based historical reports and trends using SQL and VB scripting in SCADA systems.
  • •Hands-on experience testing serial and Ethernet protocols such as Modbus and OPC.
