Service Manager

Lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians at a rental facility in Central Austin. Use technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose issues using real-time data, and order parts. Coordinate repairs for customer and company-owned equipment while nurturing customer relationships and resolving inquiries quickly. Train and develop team members and maintain a safe work environment under a Monday–Friday schedule.
