Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customers to create value and deliver outcomes across adoption and renewals, collaborating cross-functionally for a unified customer experience.
  • •Provide Day-2 support on Cisco products and solutions using technical expertise, AI and automation to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • •Transform customer architecture by demonstrating expertise across networking technologies, implementing resilience and security by design into deliverables.
  • •Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution, providing timely support across Cisco technologies.
  • •Develop and deliver technical content and guidance, create customer-facing documentation, and take end-to-end responsibility for solution success while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of routing and switching protocols including IGP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS, STP/RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, VDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, and VXLAN-EVPN.
  • •Strong networking fundamentals and experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms (e.g., ISR 1800/1900/2900/3900/4000, ASR 1000, Catalyst 9k/6500/6800/4500, Nexus 9k/7k).
  • •Good experience in SDN technology such as Cisco SDA/ACI.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technology strategy and architecture to engineers, executives, and customers.
