Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support early career programs and workstreams, including internships, co-ops, campus engagement, recruiting events, intern programming, and related talent initiatives.
  • •Develop and deliver early career content such as intern communications, program materials, presentations, newsletters, onboarding content, event collateral, and stakeholder updates.
  • •Coordinate logistics for campus visits, career fairs, interview days, intern programming, onboarding activities, stakeholder meetings, events, and program milestones.
  • •Contribute to early career strategy planning by gathering inputs, tracking trends, preparing recommendations, and supporting annual or seasonal program priorities.
  • •Support program execution by serving as a day-to-day contact, managing communications and follow-ups, coordinating interview and screening activities, and maintaining accurate trackers, dashboards, and program documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and applicable experience may be considered.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop clear content and professionally engage candidates, students, hiring managers, and university partners.
  • •Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, events, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • •Comfort working with data, trackers, reporting, dashboards, candidate information, program metrics, documentation, and Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Demonstrated judgment, confidentiality, discretion, adaptability, and interest in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, early career recruiting, or program management.
