Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate inbound transportation activities across the EEMEA region to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and reliable delivery of goods to warehouse destinations.
  • •Oversee import customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Austrian, EU, and international customs regulations while minimizing operational and compliance risks.
  • •Act as the key contact for Logistics Service Providers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Authorities, Warehouses, and internal stakeholders to enable seamless supply chain execution.
  • •Monitor shipment performance, freight costs, customs lead times, and operational KPIs, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • •Coordinate inbound warehouse activities (capacity planning, delivery scheduling, goods receipt) and resolve delivery discrepancies, damages, and claims.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in inbound logistics, customs operations, international transportation, or warehouse and distribution processes.
  • •Degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs & Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international logistics processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, LE preferred), customs systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • •Fluent German and English language skills, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
