  • •Define, prioritise, and refine the Generative AI product backlog to align with business priorities, the technology roadmap, and governance requirements.
  • •Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable, value-driven product requirements that enable scalable and compliant AI-enabled capabilities.
  • •Coordinate delivery of Generative AI initiatives across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes within scope, timelines, and standards.
  • •Maintain visibility of delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions, escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • •Validate delivered capabilities against requirements, acceptance criteria, control expectations, and user outcomes before implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis or digital transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • •Experience owning and managing a product backlog with agile delivery practices.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and communication, including risk and issue management, testing readiness, and release validation.
