Floor Manager (QA)

Oversee the dining area to ensure exceptional front-of-house service and efficient restaurant operations. Supervise and coordinate servers, hosts, and bartenders, manage dining room flow, seating, and reservations, and conduct pre-shift briefings. Handle guest inquiries and complaints, train and mentor staff on service standards and menu knowledge, and maintain cleanliness, health and safety compliance, and proper cash/alcohol service procedures. Coordinate with the kitchen to deliver timely service and monitor front-of-house inventory.
