Job Summary

Execute end-to-end sourcing and contracting for the Facilities category within Global Procurement, including negotiations, SOWs, contract execution, and purchase order issuance. Apply total cost of ownership and support category strategies while partnering with Legal, Finance, and information security/privacy stakeholders to ensure compliant outcomes. Use approved AI-enabled tools and standardized playbooks to streamline cycle times, improve insight quality, and identify automation and policy-based handling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage procurement and contracting activities for the Facilities category, including sourcing, negotiation, SOWs, contract execution, and purchase order issuance.
•Apply total cost of ownership principles to support sourcing decisions and align with Global Procurement category strategies.
•Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient contract execution.
•Leverage approved AI tools, workflows, and automation to streamline sourcing, reduce cycle times, and improve insight quality.
•Engage business partners to understand requirements and risk tolerance, assess deal complexity, and participate in stakeholder and supplier business reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 885,000 - 1,475,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related domain.
•Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and transformation best practices.
•2–3+ years of experience in Purchase-to-Pay, preferably within ICT.
•Experience with Oracle R12 EBS is mandatory and knowledge of Accounts Payables is mandatory.
•University degree in Procurement, Finance, IT, or Logistics & Business Management (MBA is a plus).
