•Ability to shovel and assist plant personnel in extreme temperatures and for extended hours (normal shift 8-12 hours).
•May be required to use power and/or hand tools and make equipment adjustments, including oil/grease/service.
•Regular and predictable attendance per company policy to maintain normal crew efficiency.
•Ability to follow directions, adhere to PPE requirements, and pass drug test and criminal background check.
