Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and propose collaborative efforts across multiple engineering teams, guiding decisions aligned with strategic plans.
  • •Solve the most difficult technical problems and create visibility into project deliverables for senior leadership and executives when needed.
  • •Apply mentorship to develop others and champion a culture of improvement and execution via process optimization.
  • •Participate in resource planning, project mapping, and success criteria for large engineering initiatives; respond to today’s needs and plan for tomorrow.
  • •Represent Harness as the SME, propose POCs and optimizations, gather escalations, remove blockers, and broker solutions across cross-functional engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • •Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

  • •Demonstrable experience in advanced Java, Golang, or comparable programming languages.
  • •Advanced Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
