Key Responsibilities

•Identify digital opportunities in the remediation business and define initiatives, resources, timing, and expected benefits for leadership decisions.
•Set and evolve the digital roadmap, prioritizing by value, urgency, complexity, and available capacity while aligning to corporate technology standards.
•Lead delivery of digital initiatives across new and existing engagements, ensuring scope, timing, quality, and benefits are achieved.
•Perform hands-on solution work when needed, including configuring/building on Smartsheet and the Microsoft platform.
•Translate business needs into clear technical direction, oversee QA/QC, and develop SOPs/templates/playbooks for repeatable delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

•BA/BS and 8+ years of experience in digital delivery, digital transformation, or related fields (or demonstrated equivalency).
•10+ years of experience spanning digital strategy/transformation and hands-on digital delivery.
•Hands-on experience configuring and administering Smartsheet, including Advanced Work Management (AWM).
•Experience configuring solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
•Ability to set a digital roadmap and prioritize initiatives by value, urgency, complexity, and capacity.
