Job Summary

Lead talent development programs and people strategy initiatives for Carvana’s Operations teams. Partner with department leadership to drive organizational effectiveness through performance management, talent development, organizational development, and employee engagement. Oversee a team of talent development professionals, consult leaders on change management, organizational design, and team effectiveness, and advise on compensation-related activities. The role is based in Tempe, AZ Headquarters with Monday–Friday office commutes.

•Drive and execute talent planning, career development, employee development, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives.
•Partner with department leaders to ensure effective organizational structure and role clarity as the organization grows.
•Deploy talent reviews, promotions, and merit increase cycles; advise on compensation related activities.
•Lead change-management efforts for ad-hoc people initiatives and build programs that elevate the employee experience.
•Coach leadership on people strategy and lead/oversee leadership development and other development-focused programs.
