Service Leader-Slickline (Doha, DA, QA)

Lead Halliburton’s Slickline service operations under broad direction by supervising day-to-day personnel and coordinating crews to meet customer requirements. Mentor and assess the competence of Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators, and Operator Assistants, supporting crew development through training and adherence to service processes. Provide guidance on service designs based on downhole conditions and interact with customer representatives at the well site to troubleshoot execution issues while ensuring compliance with HMS and regulatory requirements.
