Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate the technical manufacturing strategy for Flexible Pipe Systems, ensuring manufacturing activities comply with overarching strategy.
  • •Improve shop productivity and process safety by applying industry best practices.
  • •Partner with engineering and commercial teams to define pipe structures meeting customer requirements, identify manufacturing capability gaps, and industrialize processes.
  • •Oversee the industrialization process and recommend industrialization projects for new product requirements, ensuring all parties follow the procedure.
  • •Design and oversee experiments to optimize processes and methods, evaluate manufacturing improvements, and guide/train engineers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Industrial or Design Engineering.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior leadership.

  • •Experience mentoring engineers and team members.
  • •Working knowledge of Windows software, including Mini Tab and advanced Excel spreadsheets.
