Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with teams to deeply understand how work happens and identify where AI can improve business outcomes.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to define success measures before building (e.g., turnaround time, backlog, quality, capacity).
  • •Build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools using the existing AI Engineering platform.
  • •Test and iterate until results are measurable and operational changes stick.
  • •Lead training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive durable handoffs with accountable owners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,200 - 225,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, product operations, or a similar role owning a business outcome end to end.
  • •Hands-on experience building with AI (agents, workflows, automations, internal tools), not just using AI products day to day.
  • •Comfort defining your own KPI, plan, and build in ambiguity, then defending them to a skeptical team lead.
  • •Fluency with tooling such as APIs, low-code/no-code builders, and SQL to judge feasibility and translate into plain language for teams.
  • •Able to help implement new workflows through thoughtful iteration, training, documentation, and ongoing support.
