  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive Sierra’s growth across industries.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production.
  • •Collaborate with leaders at large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their stack.
  • •Shape the future of Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and partnering with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Guide the evolution of the platform through customer interactions and feedback, ensuring scalable, reliable agent solutions.
