Own Faire’s creative quality across product and programs, defining a cohesive visual and experiential identity that’s shipped at high quality. Partnering with pillar and pod teams, system designers, engineers, and creative stakeholders, you lead high-ambiguity, high-visibility creative problems from 0 to 1. Drive rebranding and flagship program evolution, shape the visual language for an AI product suite, and help scale design quality through holistic systems and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the creative quality owner for the holistic visual and experiential identity of Faire’s product and programs.
•Partner across the product surface to define and raise the visual bar with designers, engineers, and creative stakeholders.
•Lead high-ambiguity, high-visibility creative problems from 0 to 1 that shift how Faire feels for retailers and brands.
•Drive rebranding and evolution of flagship programs, including visual identity, hierarchy, and touchpoints across PDPs and marketing surfaces.
•Create and scale holistic design systems—color strategy, iconography, illustration framework, interaction patterns, and motion standards—and encode them into scalable standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 216,000 - 297,000 annually
