Job Summary

Lead global procurement for hand tools categories within the Global Supply Manager organization. Define and execute supplier and category strategies, manage supplier relationships and performance, and drive cost, productivity, and working-capital goals. Own supplier selection through RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, negotiate contracts and pricing, and run sourcing program/project initiatives with modern purchasing tools and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage global supplier relationships, including supplier risk management, supplier diversity, and CSR programs; act as an escalation point for performance issues.
•Define and monitor global supplier and category strategies for Hardlines and Screwdrivers, including supplier classification and supplier consolidation/bundling.
•Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and service level agreements, monitor markets for renegotiation opportunities, and analyze price adjustments.
•Lead sourcing execution via formal RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, run benchmarks and price/value analyses, and support new part projects to achieve cost reductions.
•Drive productivity, working capital, and supplier performance programs/projects, including milestone coordination and KPI reporting with tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of experience in Global Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, including supplier selection, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
•Minimum 5 years of category strategy or material field strategy experience, balancing strategic and operational sourcing needs.
•Experience defining and implementing complex sourcing/procurement strategies that delivered category results.
•Strong financial and analytical skills for strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
