Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a control point for IM&T and/or FTIS, ensuring all requirements are met before establishing accounts or changing coding in systems.
  • •Complete pre-opening account risk reviews and set up IM&T/FTIS accounts and associated individuals/entities.
  • •Review ongoing account maintenance and process account change requests according to policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge of standard account types, including CIP and due diligence requirements, approvals, fee structures, and system coding requirements.
  • •Collaborate with business partners, understand related workflows and systems, work within service standards and timelines, and promptly escalate errors needing correction.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of financial services experience, preferably with exposure to trust or institutional operations, private banking, or customer service.
  • •Preferred four-year college degree, with a major in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with limited supervision.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and solve problems across functional areas.
