Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and adjust production machines to meet required quality while following safety rules and regulations.
  • •Monitor, control, and support the production process, including performing preparation tasks like weighing materials and creating blends.
  • •Perform first-line maintenance and assist technicians with more extensive faults.
  • •Dismantle machines, perform changeovers, and adjust equipment.
  • •Ensure smooth shift handover and follow cleaning/housekeeping procedures in line with ISO, GMP, and safety rules; actively participate in training and propose improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •A2 diploma in a technical (e.g., mechanics, electricity) or chemical field.
  • •Experience as an Operator in a production environment.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Dutch (written and spoken) and basic knowledge of English.
