Production Operator (Bornem, BE, 2880)

Operate and adjust production machinery in a rotating 3-shift schedule, ensuring safety compliance and meeting production requirements for quality, uptime, and efficiency. Monitor and support the production process on the Bornem site manufacturing polymer compounds and masterbatches. Perform preparation tasks such as weighing materials and blending, carry out first-line maintenance and assist technicians, handle machine changeovers, and support smooth shift handovers while following ISO, GMP, and housekeeping procedures.
