Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Flight Physics PMTD portfolio for a specific program, ensuring CoC deliveries are executed on time, cost, and quality.
  • •Drive PMTD process convergence, manage PMTD gaps and needs, and continuously improve ways of working for program success.
  • •Lead the PMTD Integrated Product Team (IPT) - Flight Physics to ensure activities and priorities are captured by TAXD.
  • •Coordinate transverse digital transformation initiatives to improve Air Power competitiveness and program efficiency, acting as the Flight Physics interface to TAX, Digital, and TADX.
  • •Ensure process and document referential management aligned with internal and external flight physics stakeholders and develop integrated solutions to support end-to-end process digitalization.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in programming and data science in development and engineering contexts.

  • •Experience managing projects in a complex and international environment.
  • •Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
