Job Summary

Join the CEO Office to help execute AI neobank app expansion by turning CEO priorities into day-to-day action. Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and handle urgent cross-department business problems.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Strong writing and structured thinking with excellent follow-through.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable with ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments (advantage).
