Job Summary

Develop and verify system-level requirements for maritime PNT capabilities supporting the GPS-based GPNTS program. Execute verification and acceptance testing using scripts and GPS simulator tools, and manage CDRLs/SDRLs release updates. Collaborate in technical interchange meetings and design reviews, and provide status updates tied to IMS tasks. Requires MBSE (active/transferable), Agile tooling (JIRA/Confluence), DOORS NG, EVMS familiarity, and RF signal processing experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop verifiable system-level requirements.
•Develop and execute test plans, verification, and/or acceptance test procedures to prove compliance.
•Create scripts and utilize/configure test equipment and tools such as GPS simulators.
•Manage updates and timely release of CDRLs/SDRLs to improve documentation cycle time and customer satisfaction.
•Participate in technical interchange meetings and design reviews (TRR, PDR, CDR) and provide verbal/written status on IMS tasks.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), active and transferable.
•Experience with Agile development and Agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence, and experience with DOORS NG.
•Familiarity with EVMS, ETCs, and ECPs.
•Experience in system, software, and hardware requirements management/traceability/allocation.
•RF signal processing experience; typically requires STEM degree with 8+ years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, plus active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
