Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification through sustained results.
  • •Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste, variation, rework, and ineffective handoffs.
  • •Establish process visibility and measurement integrity, set accurate baselines, and implement sustainable controls and governance.
  • •Define and maintain enterprise transactional standards and exception-management protocols for Record-to-Report, including AI-enabled automated workflows following standardized-before-automate principles.
  • •Advise Global Process Owners and senior leaders on value-stream design and governance; support ETS training and practitioner development as a founding member of the ETS Office.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for the Record-to-Report value stream.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • •12+ years driving process improvement and transformation within transactional/corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Communications, Shared Services, or Corporate Operations).
  • •Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt experience, including coaching and developing practitioners.
