Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit customer homes to collect detailed measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data needed for solar design.
  • •Assess roof conditions, electrical service panels, and property features using standardized tools and protocols.
  • •Submit complete and accurate survey data on time using mobile field tools, and perform post-install inspection visits as needed for AHJ/utility approval.
  • •Confirm installed systems match approved plans and meet workmanship, code, and safety standards, and provide documentation verifying inspection readiness.
  • •Coordinate with install teams, project managers, AHJs, and customers to resolve inspection-related issues and schedule inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.4 - 44.54 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Hold a valid state-recognized Electrical Certification at the Journeyman, Wireman, or higher level, in good standing.
  • •Be comfortable working on roofs using ladders and in tight or elevated spaces.
  • •Have at least one year of field construction experience (PV design/installation/electrical experience is helpful and preferred).
  • •Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
