Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and fiat end-to-end as the DRI for signup, verification, deposit, and time-to-funded.
  • •Own the payments and banking product: decide funding methods, payouts, limits, retries, and partner UX (e.g., ACH, cards, instant funding).
  • •Improve the money-in funnel by instrumenting drop-offs, attacking leaks, and sequencing work against conversion outcomes.
  • •Hold the design bar for trust and money UX, including clarity, hierarchy, and error states; push back until UX/ops requirements are met.
  • •Wireframe and drive design conversations in Figma, partner with engineering/design/data/compliance/payments/banking/ops, and control the ship cadence with sign-off on product and UX bar.
