Key Responsibilities

•Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of quarterly and annual statutory financial statements, statutory disclosures, and related regulatory filings.
•Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•Assess the impact of accounting and regulatory changes on quarterly and annual reporting processes and recommend appropriate implementation strategies.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Investments, Legal, Operations, and other business areas to resolve accounting and reporting matters and support strategic initiatives.
•Coordinate and support annual statutory audits, including managing auditor requests, reviewing deliverables, and resolving audit findings.
