Key Responsibilities

•Own field marketing initiatives across Israel and the Middle East including event sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars.
•Partner with the Channel Partnerships Manager and Head of Startups to help execute high impact measurable co-marketing activities.
•Lead the end-to-end execution of field activities, from project management through operations, ensuring smooth delivery and execution.
•Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams, together with local Sales teams, to develop localized sales and marketing collateral, shape event messaging, and define pre- and post-event engagement plans for the Israel market.
•Drive strong event ROI by setting clear objectives and KPIs for each activity, ensuring lead follow-up, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to optimize the field marketing funnel.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on field and event marketing.
•Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to measurement.
•A skilled project manager. Hands-on, proactive, organized with multitasking abilities.
•Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and sales.
•Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
•Team player! Professional, proactive, with a can-do attitude and ownership mindset.
•Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
