Job Summary

Own IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering end to end, including help desk, endpoint experience, identity and collaboration, and the network/infrastructure that powers offices worldwide. Key Responsibilities

•Own strategy and day-to-day execution for IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering, including end-user support, endpoint management, identity, collaboration, and network infrastructure.
•Own A/V, conference room, and live production technology, leading the Manager, Media Productions and partnering on all-hands, executive broadcasts, and live events.
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of managers and senior engineers, and stand up new IT infrastructure engineering roles as the function scales.
•Set and maintain service-level standards for global IT, including response times, uptime, and employee experience across offices and regions.
•Drive the technical roadmap for systems and network architecture, partnering with Security to meet SOC 2 and encryption/SSO/SCIM requirements; manage ITSM and incident/change processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 336,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations and/or systems and network engineering, with at least 4 years leading teams (managing managers or senior ICs).
•Hands-on grounding in modern IT infrastructure, including identity and access management (Okta or equivalent), endpoint management (JAMF/MDM), cloud collaboration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and enterprise networking.
•Track record scaling IT operations and infrastructure in a high-growth environment, including multi-office or global settings.
•Security-first judgment with experience partnering with Security/Compliance and understanding SOC 2, SSO/SCIM, and data protection requirements.
•Experience owning IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement decisions.
