Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules and standards, with accounting/transaction/M&A advisory experience.
  • •Analytical and technical skills to identify market trends and deliver substantiated advice to clients.
  • •Can travel on short notice (travel expectation: 30%).
