Job Summary

Lead opportunity and pitch development by designing high-impact presentation decks, pre-pitch materials, and RFP responses that translate complex products and deal structures into persuasive visual narratives. Partner closely with Growth Products & Partnerships, product, and sales leaders to shape “Why Visa” stories for Big Tech opportunities. Manage multiple workstreams end-to-end, build reusable presentation systems, and elevate craft through templates, infographics, diagrams, and light animations.

•Design pitch decks, pre-pitch materials, and RFP responses that articulate product-led partnership value propositions and “Why Visa” narratives.
•Translate complex products, ideas, and deal structures into clear, persuasive visual storytelling and story flow, structure, and messaging.
•Partner with product and design teams to convert product UI into client-branded UI mockups for presentations and proposals.
•Independently manage multiple workstreams from concept to final delivery; create and maintain presentation templates, visual systems, and reusable assets.
•Collaborate across stakeholders to elevate craft (infographics, diagrams, light animations) and share best practices for pitch and presentation excellence.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
•5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience focused on presentation and pitch design.
•Expert-level PowerPoint skills (layout, hierarchy, storytelling, executive polish).
•Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (or equivalent).
•Proven experience supporting sales teams, partnerships, or business development in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
