Job Summary

Guide inline 3D X-ray process tools through the full lifecycle by delivering on-site customer support, diagnosing complex equipment issues, and driving service/repair of advanced systems. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop semiconductor advanced-packaging processes using hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE). Analyze data statistically, perform root-cause analysis, optimize process parameters, and help improve inspection workflows and process integration decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor chip manufacturing processes for advanced packaging.
•Create hypothesis experiments and execute design of experiments (DOE); analyze data statistically and deliver conclusions through reports.
•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals and improve process integration, workflows, and qualified process excursions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Strong communication proficiency in English.
•Experience troubleshooting and supporting process engineering work for semiconductor tools.
•Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
