Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
  • •Work with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor chip manufacturing processes for advanced packaging.
  • •Create hypothesis experiments and execute design of experiments (DOE); analyze data statistically and deliver conclusions through reports.
  • •Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
  • •Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals and improve process integration, workflows, and qualified process excursions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
  • •Strong communication proficiency in English.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and supporting process engineering work for semiconductor tools.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
