Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee OT cybersecurity projects for operational technology systems in critical infrastructures.
  • •Assess OT cybersecurity programs (standards, policies, plans, and procedures) and recommend changes to comply with frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • •Perform vulnerability and risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • •Implement security measures to safeguard OT environments and respond to/manage cybersecurity incidents.
  • •Lead and deliver penetration testing for critical infrastructures while mentoring the OT task force.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Master’s in Cybersecurity is a plus).
  • •6+ years of experience.
  • •Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, GRID, or GIAC (Certified ISA Expert is a plus).
  • •Deep understanding of securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments.
  • •Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3) with experience on common OT platforms.
