Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic and technical alteration services, including hemming, patch and repair, tapering, and advanced fittings where needed
  • •Elevate client experiences through strong customer service and resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy
  • •Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and comply with Levi’s store policies and procedures
  • •Educate and train store teams on Tailor Shop offerings and services, and may support Tailor training within a district/region
  • •Suggest looks aligned with the latest trends and current promotions; promote Levi’s omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty program
  • •Handle cash and Tailor Shop merchandise operations and procedures in compliance with store policy

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years’ sewing/tailoring experience with a strong knowledge of jeans construction and denim sewing machines
  • •Thorough understanding of denim industry and current/upcoming trends
  • •Proven skills in sewing, tailoring, and textile repair; strong knowledge of textiles and fabrics
  • •Fashion-savvy interest in current trends and ability to suggest looks based on needs and promotions
  • •Must be 16 years old and available for a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
