Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Provide HSE leadership and advisory support to employees, contractors and project teams in site-based environments, with 90% of time spent in the field or on client activities
•Work extended hours and rostered shifts aligned with project delivery schedules (including 12-hour shifts, weekends or nights) with overtime remunerated per project conditions
•Guide Project Managers in hazard identification workshops and maintenance of project risk registers, ensuring client, legal and project-specific requirements are incorporated
•Support development, implementation and monitoring of HSE management plans, systems and controls, acting as the interface between project team, Health and Safety Team and client
•Conduct plant and equipment inspections on site to verify condition, suitability, and safe operation of project plant
•Prepare and review Emergency Management Plans, Health and Safety Plans and SWMS, and provide HSE training to staff

Key Requirements

•Cert IV/Diploma in OH&S (minimum)
•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or an Applied Science or Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
•RTW Co-ordinator (desirable)
•Lead Auditor ISO45001 and/or ICAM Investigator qualifications highly desirable
•Australian drivers licence (mandatory)
