Contract Manager

Manage the end-to-end contractual lifecycle for strategic projects as the primary contract interface with customers, subcontractors, and partners. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (including SLAs, MOUs, and intercompany agreements), lead contract administration, and support contract claims and dispute resolution. Identify and mitigate contractual and project risks while ensuring compliance with Portuguese Public Procurement legislation. Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, and Planning teams to support successful delivery of multidisciplinary international projects.
