Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical direction for agentic AI initiatives, influencing autonomy boundaries and system design.
  • •Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems used across multiple products.
  • •Own and evolve shared agentic AI capabilities including agent frameworks/orchestration, planning/tool use/memory, RAG pipelines, LLM infrastructure, and evaluation/observability/safety.
  • •Lead technical design reviews and guide teams through tradeoffs across autonomy, safety, reliability, scalability, and cost.
  • •Partner across teams to deliver cross-cutting agentic AI initiatives from concept to production, including mentoring senior engineers and coordinating across multiple platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of work experience with a Computer Science/Information Systems degree (or equivalent).
  • •Comfort working in an enterprise-scale engineering environment focused on agentic AI.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Python, Go, and TypeScript, and building APIs/RPC services (REST, gRPC, and tRPC in some areas).
  • •Experience with cloud and infrastructure such as AWS or GCP and Kubernetes, plus distributed systems using event-driven architectures and Kafka.
  • •Experience building intelligent solutions using GenAI, and delivering large-scale enterprise systems/products; strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
