Job Summary

Lead a backend-focused role in Cadence's Shanghai Digital & Signoff group, driving RC extraction, performance optimization, and STA signoff. Act as a domain expert for key customer engagements, translating feedback into tool enhancements while collaborating with R&D to meet demanding customer needs. You will partner with local account teams, champion best practices, and help scale IC design verification tools across multi-die designs.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Work in Shanghai Digital & Signoff group PE team, focus on backend RC extraction, performance push & final STA signoff.
•Support key customer engagements and local AEs to help on the business increase.
•Communicate with customers as a domain expert to gather valuable feedback and translate it into tool enhancements.
•Co-work closely with R&D to enhance the tool based on customers' real demands.
•Promote team collaboration and align with the One Cadence, One Team culture.

Key Requirements

•Master with ~3 years working experience or Bachelor with 5-8 years experience in IC background
•RC extraction and STA analysis knowledge is required, including Quantus/StarRC, Tempus/Prime Time usage, SDC/AOCV/SOCV/SI handling
•Backend design flow knowledge is required; top level design and ECO closure experience will be a plus, specially on multi-die designs
•Product Engineering or customer supporting experience is desired
•Good communication in English and Chinese, good confidence and good self-motivation
