•Own and execute key strategic People & Culture workstreams and pillars for Americas Sales GTM.
•Proactively manage and support complex employee relations cases and mitigate organizational risks.
•Partner with GTM leadership to articulate business impact behind people programs.
•Analyze diverse people data sets to uncover predictive insights and proactive recommendations.
•Navigate between organizational strategy and targeted execution to support scaling during major programmatic shifts.

Salary: USD 122,500 - 175,000 annually

•Extensive human resources experience supporting full employee lifecycle processes and strategic business partnering in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise.
•Proven track record autonomously managing complex employee relations cases and coaching people managers and executive leadership.
•Demonstrated experience fully owning and delivering high-impact strategic HR workstreams with accountability.
•Strong background collaborating in a matrixed global environment, specifically supporting Sales or Go-To-Market organizations.
•Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within your domain.

Education:Master's in Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA)
