Assist with check-in operations for all personnel during the Fenway Park Concert Builds for the 2026 Fenway Park Concerts Series. Supervise the check-in desk, ensure everyone can sign in via the iPad system, register new personnel, and support the Production Team with administrative tasks as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment while staying professional, punctual, and attentive to detail throughout the summer 2026 schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise the check-in desk at all times.
•Ensure every working person can sign in using the iPad system.
•Assist in registering new personnel.
•Support the Production Team with administrative tasks as needed.
•Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly
