Key Responsibilities

  • •Review approved electrical drawings, equipment layouts, erection manuals, method statements, and ITPs.
  • •Supervise erection/installation of GIS/AIS equipment, switchyard components, busbars/gantries, and associated connections.
  • •Verify foundation and interface readiness before equipment installation and coordinate interface checks between primary equipment, secondary systems, and OEM packages.
  • •Monitor earthing-grid installation and bonding, and oversee cable-tray installation, cable laying, termination, and continuity testing.
  • •Witness equipment pre-commissioning tests, maintain installation/test/punch-list records, and support system walkdowns, energization readiness, and handover.
