Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full P&L oversight for the RWD Division, including strategic direction across manufacturing, operations, finance, HR, engineering, and marketing.
  • •Achieve or exceed profit plans by driving manufacturing profit improvement and effective launch of new products and programs.
  • •Lead alliances and partnerships across the North American electrical distribution channel, manufacturing reps, and major home builder/retail relationships.
  • •Run front-end negotiations for strategic partnership and key customer agreements focused on new business solutions.
  • •Build organizational capability and morale while championing Environmental, Health & Safety and integrating Eaton Business System, Six Sigma, Lean, and PROLaunch.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).
