Join Intel Wafer Packaging Manufacturing (WPM) C4 Ireland as a hands-on Module Engineer in a highly automated fab. Partner with 24/7 technician teams, lead structured problem solving, support technology ramps and high-volume transitions, and collaborate across Intel’s global Virtual Factory network.

•Bachelor degree (Level 8 qualification) in Science or Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical, Physics, or related STEM) or a Master degree in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing environments.
•1+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree, or completion of a Master degree in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, using data to support decisions.
•Familiarity with statistical process control, and data analysis tools such as JMP or SQL, plus structured problem-solving methods.
•Understanding of semiconductor processes/equipment or similar high-volume manufacturing systems, with process control/improvement and process characterization foundation.
