Job Summary

Support change initiatives for the Investment Compliance function by analyzing business problems, data, and process flows to identify issues, risks, and control impacts. Partner with global teams across investment compliance, technology, data, and operations to deliver structured requirements, documentation, testing support (including UAT), and process/tool improvements. Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python (plus responsible AI tools) to generate insights, enhance reporting and workflows, and drive consistent, scalable compliance operations.

•Partner with global teams across Investment Compliance, data, technology, and operations to support delivery of change initiatives and accurate, timely deliverables.
•Break down business problems, analyze data/process flows, and support root-cause analysis with findings documented clearly.
•Use datasets (e.g., trades, holdings, restrictions, breaches) to identify trends and link insights to business outcomes and potential control impacts.
•Gather and validate business requirements, maintain traceability with stakeholders, and support testing activities including UAT and issue tracking.
•Contribute to process improvement and enhancements to tools, dashboards, reporting, knowledge management, and workflow tools; identify opportunities for automation.
